Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, Email Friend may collect your name, work email, company, campaign interest, expected monthly volume, message, submission time, and the status of the inquiry. Service delivery may require additional business contact, campaign, billing, or technical configuration information.
- Provide only the information needed for the request.
- Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal data, or entire contact lists through public forms.
How information is used
Email Friend uses submitted information to respond to requests, assess service fit, prepare scope and pricing, support requested work, prevent abuse, maintain suppression records, and meet legal obligations. We do not use an opt-out record as permission to contact you again.
Lawful email data
Customers are responsible for having consent or another valid legal basis, such as a documented legitimate interest where permitted, before using personal data for outreach. Email Friend may request evidence of list source, contact basis, and opt-out handling before accepting work.
Minimization, retention, and security
Email Friend aims to collect the minimum data needed and retain it only as long as required for the inquiry, service, legal records, dispute handling, and abuse prevention. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Suppression data may be retained in minimal form when deleting it would create a risk of accidental re-contact. Marketing opt-outs must be honored promptly.
