Using Email Friend
You must provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, protect credentials, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You remain responsible for your audiences, offers, claims, contact basis, message content, reply handling, and compliance in every relevant jurisdiction.
Scope and pricing
Published price labels are starting points or current standard labels. Final scope, volume, timing, technical requirements, taxes, fees, and price are confirmed before checkout or delivery. A request is not accepted until Email Friend confirms it.
No unsupported guarantees
Email delivery, inbox placement, responses, leads, meetings, conversions, and business outcomes depend on factors outside Email Friend's control. Guidance, verification, testing, infrastructure, and managed work improve process quality but do not guarantee a specific result.
Customer data and suppression
You must collect and use contact data lawfully, minimize fields, maintain source records, process opt-outs, and prevent suppressed contacts from being re-imported. You grant Email Friend permission to process submitted data only as needed to provide and protect the requested service.
Suspension and termination
Email Friend may refuse, pause, or end access when use appears unlawful, deceptive, abusive, technically harmful, or inconsistent with these terms. Charges for completed work and non-cancellable commitments remain due as stated in the confirmed scope.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Email Friend is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. These terms may be updated for legal, security, or operational reasons; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
